We do not collect credit card numbers, banking details, or sensitive financial credentials. Crypto payment processing is handled by NOWPayments — we only receive confirmation of payment status.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the journaling service
To power the AI coaching assistant (your data stays on our servers — we do not send it to third-party AI services)
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
To respond to support requests
To manage your subscription status

We do not use your trading data for any commercial purpose, sell it to third parties, or use it for advertising.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following trusted services, strictly to operate the platform:

Supabase — database and authentication (EU-hosted)
NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing (payment amount and order ID only)
GitHub Pages — static file hosting (no user data processed)

We do not share your data with any other third party.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to your data is restricted by Row Level Security (RLS) — you can only access your own trades, notes, and account information. API keys are stored as hashed values and cannot be recovered even by us.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated trade data, notes, screenshots, and support tickets are permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Access — you can export all your trade data as CSV from the dashboard at any time
Deletion — you can request account deletion via our support widget
Correction — you can edit any trade data directly in the journal
Portability — all data is exportable in standard CSV format

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Trade Tracker Pro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via the dashboard. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
