Welcome to Trade Tracker Pro ("we," "our," or "the Service"). By creating an account or using Trade Tracker Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Trade Tracker Pro is a web-based trading journal that allows traders to log, analyse, and review their trading activity. The service includes analytics, playbooks, an AI coaching assistant, and optional automated trade sync via our Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.

2. Prop Firm & Challenge Account Limitation

⚠️ Important — please read before purchasing: Our Expert Advisor (EA) for automated trade sync is not compatible with most prop firm challenge accounts. Most prop firms prohibit or restrict the use of third-party EAs during evaluation phases. This is a restriction imposed by the prop firms, not by Trade Tracker Pro.

This means:

If you are on a prop firm challenge, the auto-sync feature will likely not work on that account
All other features — analytics, journal, AI coach, playbooks, risk of ruin, calendar, and import — work fully regardless of account type
You can still manually import your prop firm trades via CSV export from your broker or from other journaling platforms
Funded accounts (post-challenge) may support the EA depending on the firm's rules

✓ By subscribing to Trade Tracker Pro Pro, you confirm that you understand this limitation. Refunds will not be issued on the basis that auto-sync does not work on challenge accounts, as this limitation is clearly disclosed here and on our platform.

3. Free Tier & Subscriptions

Trade Tracker Pro offers a free tier limited to 20 lifetime trades. Pro subscription is available at $14.99/month, paid in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Subscriptions are activated automatically upon confirmed payment.

Subscriptions are billed monthly
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods
Prices are displayed in USD; actual crypto amounts are calculated at time of payment

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

You were charged twice for the same billing period (technical error)
Your account was not activated within 24 hours after a confirmed payment

Refunds are not provided for:

Incompatibility with prop firm challenge accounts (disclosed above)
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to read these terms before subscribing
Issues with your MT4/MT5 setup or broker restrictions

To request a refund for eligible cases, contact us at support via the dashboard within 48 hours of the charge.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Do not share your API keys. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect trade data, account information, and usage data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trade Tracker Pro is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for data loss resulting from technical issues. The Service is a journaling tool only — it is not financial advice. Past trading performance shown in analytics does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Tracker Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard.
